The lender will withdraw funds directly from your account following your income deposits. Our brokerage fees are the last payments to be withdrawn, also by the lender, after the capital and interest on the loan is paid.

If you request a deposit by interact e-transfer, you can receive funds within the hour of being approved. Otherwise it varies between 12 and 24 hours as you’ll receive funds overnight. Generally speaking funds are deposited in your account before 10 a.m. the following morning. Loans approved Friday afternoon deposit on Monday morning, and those approved Saturday and Sunday on Tuesday morning.
